Private Training Sessions

Entirely tailored to you and your dog.  Available as adhoc sessions or packages, depending on your dog's needs.  Can be flexible and booked at your desired frequency and the location is tailored to your dog.

Intensive Training Packages

Ideal for dogs that need fairly intensive training.  Ideal for lead walking and focus in different environments.  Designed to be run on consecutive days and you do not need to be present.

Livestock Aversion Training

Is your dog showing a particularly high interest in chasing livestock?  If yes, this may be the option for you.  Using my flock of sheep/goats, it is possible to enjoy stress-free walks in the countryside.

Neutrality Classes

Neutrality classes and packages are designed to help your dog learn to become neutral to other people and dogs.  Held at the secure field, with fair sized classes and plenty of 121.  Perfect for reactive or over-friendly dogs.

Abbey is a fabulous trainer, we were not feeling very confident about how we were training our one year old cockapoo, as we had not progressed well with other trainers.
We have had three sessions so far and saw a big difference after session one. Abbey has helped give us the tools, confidence and support and we now feel much more confident. We know we still have a lot to learn but feel really confident that we can do this, with Abbey by our side.
Abbey is very adaptable with  her training methods and isn't one way works for everyone and this has been a breath of fresh air. Abbey will show us first what to do and then watch us, this really works for us, she is also on hand between training sessions to help if we have any questions. We find Abbey really easy to talk to and get along with, we don't feel judged, we feel supported and feel we have found a trainer that wants to help and work with us.

Had 121's with Abbey. My boy, now rarely pulls on lead, and I know what to do if he does. He's improved walking past other dogs. All reward based training. Really enjoy our sessions.

We started lessons with Abbey earlier this year .. Abbey is absolutely brilliant at her job . ⭐️She is very friendly, professional and as got the patient of a Saint.. Rokit our 2yr old gsd has improved so much in all his training . He was a bit naughty at chasing sheep (on lead) and with Abbey's guidance he now knows to leave and walks past brilliantly 👏. She explains in great detail every step of training as well as brilliant advice on other topics to improve his focus and his eating habits..
The secure field is superb ... we have done a lot of training at Abbey's home as she as sheep to train Rokit with.. Abbey as given me confidence to let Rokit off lead (in certain places) as she did a brilliant job with his recall training for him and me lol 😆 thank you Abbey 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🖤

Brilliant service from Abbey! She really helped us with our enthusiastic cocker spaniel. We did a batch of three “1to1” sessions and focused on loose lead control. We now feel she has given us a robust toolbox of skills and look forward to lots of lovely walks. Highly recommended!

Went to Abbey as we have a very stubborn staffyX with a high prey drive. Knew that she had experience with active dogs with high prey drive so was a no brainer. We've had a couple of sessions and his recall is infinitely better. Now working on lifestock aversion. Abbey really knows her stuff and it was well worth the drive to see someone so knowledgeable. Can't wait for the next session!
